A course that most people have to take before
they can ride a moped or motorcycle on the road,
it ensures you are able to ride safely and
competently on your own on public roads while
you practice for your full moped or motorcycle

A course aimed at getting to a level where you can take and pass the test to get your A1 Motorcycle
Licence which allows people aged 17 or above to ride a scooter, moped or motorbike with a

The A2 Motorcycle Licence allows people aged 19 or above to ride a machine of up to 35 kW or
47bhp. Read more . . .
This course is for people aged 24 or over and gives you the skills and ability to take and pass your
DAS test which means you’ll have a full motorcycle licence without previously holding a licence for a
